AMBASSADOR / SPECIAL ENVOY

Mr. Clouden was by letter dated 8 October 2008 appointed by the Government of Grenada as its Ambassador/Special Envoy to the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) which is based in London, England, effective 1 September 2008, with Mr. Clouden functioning from Grenada.

PUBLIC SERVICE

Mr. Clouden is a Member of the Grenada Maritime Boundaries Commission, as from October 2008.

Mr. Clouden was a Member of the Senate, the nominated House of the bicameral Parliament of Grenada, 2000-03. Senator Clouden was the Leader of Opposition Business in the Senate . Mr. Clouden served as Minister/ Counsellor in the Grenada Mission to the United Nations, New York, USA, January 1985 to February 1986.

Mr. Clouden served as Senior Crown Counsel, Ministry of Legal Affairs, Grenada, November 1983.

Mr. Clouden served as Coastal Zone Management Specialist, Government of the United States Virgin Islands, 1980-83
